Evelyn Lozada Wants The No-Contact Order Against Chad “Ochostinko” To End

Former NFL star Chad Johnson may once again be able to communicate with his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada — after allegedly head-butting her — because Evelyn plans to let the no-contact order against him expire.
Sources close to the ex-couple tell TMZ, Chad’s on track to finish his batterer’s intervention program in the next couple months — at which point Chad will ask the judge to terminate his probation and lift the no-contact order.
If that happens, Evelyn would have to get a civil restraining order to keep Chad away — but we’re told she has decided NOT to do that … because she just wants to “move on.”
Chad was sentenced to one year probation and the batterer’s class after pleading “no contest” to domestic battery following the August 11 fight with Evelyn — but since he’s completing the class early … the judge can also lift the probation early.
Despite Evelyn’s decision … we’re told she does NOT want a reunion with Chad.
Breezy and RihRih part 2?
Ev wants closure, but we’re sure Chad is going to take this as a cue to walk his sorry azz back into her life. Do you think these two will reunite?

Woman Speaks Out On Long Affair With Chad Johnson

Via Radaronline:
The short-lived marriage of Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada and NFL player Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson may have come to a violent conclusion on Saturday when he was arrested for allegedly physically attacking her, and now RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that she was right to suspect him of cheating after a Boston woman claims she had a heated affair with the former New England Patriots player.
Beverly Shiner, 30, made the groundbreaking revelation to RadarOnline.com that she dated Johnson from January until May this year, during which time Evelyn was elbow-deep in wedding plans – and she claims that the unabashed adulterer didn’t even try to hide his deceit. After first making contact by following him on Twitter, Shiner claims that 34-year-old Chad sent a personal message to her with his number inviting her out for dinner.
“I Googled him before we met and saw he was engaged, but at the time there were reports that she had broken it off because she thought he was cheating, so I assumed they had split up,” she told Radar. But when she got over to his Foxborough, Massachusetts, home she found women’s toiletries in the bathroom and realized they were clearly still very much a couple.
“While I was there he called Evelyn and asked if she could order a pizza to be delivered for him, and even had her pay for it on her credit card,” Shiner told Radar. “I thought it was odd and wondered if she was really his fiancee or just a secretary.” As RadarOnline.com previously reported, last weekend’s altercation between the newly-weds, who tied the knot on July 4, started when the couple was driving home from dinner and Evelyn found a receipt for condoms in the car. The argument turned physical, Lozada told cops, and her husband head-butted her! The six-time Pro Bowl receiver was arrested by Davie, Florida police and released from jail on $2,500 bond Sunday after being charged with simple domestic battery, a misdemeanor.
Mother-of-two Shiner revealed that despite her initial suspicions she still slept with Chad that fateful night in January, and alleges she went on to have a relationship that lasted over three months. “When he was at the Super Bowl (on February 5) in Indianapolis, he was texting me and saying he was missed me,” she confessed, even though Evelyn was at the big game with him along with his children. After the Patriots lost to the New York Giants and Chad’s season — and ultimately his career with the team — was over, he went back to Miami to live with Lozada, and even though Beverly didn’t see him for another month, she claims he continued to text and say how much he wanted to be with her.
“We would get together when he was in back up in Boston,” she said, explaining how she would follow social media fanatic Evelyn on Twitter to find out when she was in and out of town. “She eventually blocked me after she read a reply I tweeted to (Basketball Wives costar) Kenya Bell after they had had fight over kitten heels, I said Evelyn was trashy and I couldn’t believe ‘he was marrying that.’”
The affair finally came to a head in the beginning of May, Shiner claims, when after spending a passionate night together, Beverly was heading back over and he didn’t reply to her texts or calls. “He had asked me to come over so I drove there and knocked on his door and he didn’t answer even though I could hear his X Box playing. Then I texted him the next day and he didn’t apologize,” she told Radar. “I got upset and told him, ‘You are not the guy I thought you were,’ to which he replied that he had been sleeping and warned me, ‘You’re overstepping your boundaries a little bit. I’m not your man, keep your comments to yourself.’”
“It wasn’t just a one night thing, he always said he wanted to move in with me, and said if he had I’d be pregnant by then. He kept asking if I wanted to have more kids. “Once, when I was at his house, I asked what would happen if Evelyn walked in right now, and he said she wouldn’t care. “He said, ‘I’m not doing anything different than what every other man is doing,’ he thinks it is fine to cheat. I feel he was completely disrespectful and he led me on,” she said bitterly.

Miami Dolphins Checks Stopping Coming In For Chad Johnson, Released From Team Following Domestic Incident With Evelyn Lozada

Chad Johnson has been dropped from the Dolphins following his weekend scrap with new wife and reality show co-star Evelyn Lozada:
Chad Johnson’s Sunday began in county lockup. It ended with him out of a job.
The Dolphins wasted little time in cutting ties with their embattled receiver, releasing him just hours after he walked out of the Broward County jail.
Johnson faces misdemeanor domestic abuse charges after allegedly head-butting his wife, reality TV star Evelyn Lozada, in front of their Davie home Saturday night. Cops were called, and Lozada, who suffered a three-inch cut on her forehead, plans to press charges, police say.
Johnson made bond about the same time the Dolphins were starting practice Sunday, and was obviously absent. Dolphins coach Joe Philbin said later in the afternoon he had not yet spoken to Johnson, but planned to do so immediately.
The conversation did not go well for the receiver formerly known as Ochocinco. Johnson was already on thin ice with the organization after a crude, profanity sprinkled news conference two weeks ago, which earned a stern dressing down by his coach. The lecture was caught by NFL Films cameras and aired on the season premiere of HBO’s Hard Knocks last Tuesday.
Johnson, 34, was supposed to be the go-to receiver in Miami, his hometown and place where he had hoped to resurrect his career.
After 10 sterling seasons in Cincinnati, the Bengals grew tired of his colorful antics, and traded him to New England. Johnson struggled with the Patriots last year, catching just 15 passes.
The Patriots cut him over the summer, and Miami took a chance on him with a no-risk, incentive-laden contract. By cutting him before the season, the Dolphins don’t owe him a dime.
