With Beyonce working hard on the international leg of her Mrs. Carter Tour, the family of three came together for some quality time. Man does Blue Ivy have a head full of hair or what?! The toddler’s facial expressions in the gallery up top are priceless too. Check them out..

Jay-Z Selling His Shares Of The Brooklyn Nets In Order To Represent NBA Players Through Roc Nation Sports
Entertainment mogul and rapper Jay-Z
has started the process of divesting his small share of ownership with the Brooklyn Nets to extend his Roc Nation Sports representation business into basketball
, sources told Yahoo! Sports.
Jay-Z – whose real name is Shawn Carter – owns less than 1 percent of the Nets, but has been a central public figure in the franchise’s marketing and move from New Jersey to Brooklyn.
Selling his share of the Nets is a necessary prelude for Jay-Z to obtain his National Basketball Players
Association certification as an agent.
NBA rules mandate that no one individual affiliated with a player representation company can have an ownership stake with an NBA team
.
Jay-Z’s Roc Nation company has partnered with Creative Artists Agency (CAA) to launch a sports
representation business that recently secured New York Yankees star Robinson Cano.
The process is expected to be completed in time for Roc Nation to compete for players entering the June NBA draft, but there’s no guarantee of the timing, sources said. Those within Roc Nation and the CAA alliance aren’t “chasing a clock on this,” one source said. “This isn’t about one draft, but taking the long view of the business.”
Rival agents are anxious over the possibilities of Jay-Z on the recruiting trail, believing the lure of his iconic business and cultural standing will have a major impact on attracting top prospects and current league stars.

JAY-Z & ROC NATION INK DEAL WITH UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP
The sealed deal with Universal Music comes a week after Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter launched new sports agency, Roc Nation Sports –– a collaboration with the Creative Artists Agency, that has already snagged New York Yankees veteran second baseman Robinson Cano.
The business move is a return to Universal Music for Jay-Z, who once served as president of Island Def Jam Music Group, in addition to being one of the label’s recording artists from 2004 to 2007.
Hova joined forces –– in order to launch Roc Nation –– with Live Nation, shortly after his contract expired with Universal. But maybe Live Nation didn’t fork over the 300 million that Jay anticipated and, instead, inked a multiyear deal under the Universal umbrella.
This, of course, means that all albums under the Roc –– now five-years old –– (from Jay to Cole to Rihanna and everyone else wedged in between) will release through UMG. Jay says that the deal will allow for Roc Nation to “continue to operate as an independent label with the strength, power and reach of the best major.”

New Music: Beyonce – Bow Down/ I Been On
Folks who have been waiting on some new, unreleased music from Beyonce will be thrilled that a new Baddie track has made it’s way on the Internet today. The song, titled “Bow Down/I Been On” is produced by Hit-Boy, and sounds like it’s just a talk-sh-t type of track meant to get a few people talking before she drops that real ish.
During the first part of the cocky record, Beyonce sings:
I know when you were little girls, you dreamed of being in my world
Don’t forget it, don’t forget it, Respect that, Bow down b-tches
I took some time to live my life, but don’t think I’m just his little wife
Don’t get it twisted, get it twisted, this my sh-t, bow down b-tches
From here, the beat switches to the track used in her London 02 Arena World Tour commercial, while Bey talks about being about that life and smacking tricks up. “I heard your boo was talking lip, I told my crew to smack that trick!.” I literally had to clutch my pearls while envisioning Bey in the studio, rapping some of these lyrics, while wearing her gold teeth, “ratchet” earrings and a fitted.
Before the track ends, she uses a chopped and screwed effect on her voice as she reminisces about wearing dookie braids and being in The Geto Boys, “Put Me Down” video. “I was in that Willie D. video when I was about 14, looking crazy.”

Jay-z Proves He’s A Business Man With New Duracell Powermat Commercial
Swag on a trillion.
Jay-z was spotted arriving to his office building early this week, with a leather belt in hand, ready to work. As he was headed in, a guy asked if he had gotten use to changing diapers yet and he smiled while mumbling something about being a ‘professional’.
As of this year, he’s officially getting that Duracell money, adding their latest product to his list of never-ending endorsements and business partnerships. This week a commercial for the Powermat, a wireless device that allows smartphone users to keep their phones charged 24/7 without being plugged into a wall, surfaced online with a cameo from Jay.
The visual follows a young man throughout his entire day from early morning business meetings to an afternoon lunch date to a concert in the evening. All the while his phone’s battery life never goes below 90 percent (thanks to the Powermat). Finally, he ends up at a nightclub, partying with friends when he sits his phone on the club’s hotspot Powermat to charge. A phone that looks identical to his begins to ring and he grabs it by mistake only to reveal the name “B” (alluding to Beyonce) flash across the screen. Before he could answer, HOV in the flesh, walks up and you’ll have to watch below to see what happens next…. Jay-z pushed his 40/40 club, his champagne Ace of Spades, his track ‘Run This Town’ and his wife along with the Duracell Powermat, all in a span of one minute. Smart businessman. ‘Never Be Powerless’. Read more: Jay-z Proves He’s A Business Man With New Duracell Powermat Commercial | Necole Bitchie.com
