Oprah Winfrey made the cover of Forbes

Rapper Jay Z is somewhere steaming over the fact that failing media honcho Oprah made the cover of Forbes$126 Billion cover — and he didn’t.
Winfrey, 58, shares the Forbes “$126 Billion” cover with Jay Z’s good pal billionaire investor Warren Buffet, 82, and Microsoft founder Bill Gates, 56. Jay Z, who is not quite billionaire status — shared the Forbes cover of the “400 Richest People in the World” with Buffet in 2010. Jigga, 43, has not been on the cover since.
Winfrey has caught a lot of flack for using her billions to fund building a school in Africa, but the former talk show maven shoulders on. In 2010 Winfrey hosted 7 of her students who took a tour of Boston College for 2 weeks. Winfrey introduced the “magnificent seven” — as she calls them — to her well-heeled friends, including President Obama at the White House.
But despite the school’s success stories, it’s apparent that Oprah has never gotten over the criticism from American blacks: she has plans to build another school — this time in the U.S.
From Forbes.com:
Winfrey is reaching out to corporations and wealthy individuals in South Africa, hoping to boost the school’s endowment. Her fellow billionaires are pitching in, too: Michael Dell donated laptops, Spanx inventor Sara Blakely cut a $1 million check and Amazon’s Jeff Bezos gave each girl a Kindle. Winfrey, meanwhile, is mulling her next big move: a school in the U.S., possibly in her home state of Mississippi.

Rihanna Speaks On Loving Chris Brown On Oprah’s Next Chapter

Rihanna’s episode on Oprah’s Next Chapter aired last night and of course there were tears, laughs, and much more. During the interview, Rihanna spoke on her past, family, homes, and of course…Chris Brown.
Peep what she said below and watch the video…
“We love each other and we probably always will, and that’s not anything that we’re going to try to change,” Rihanna told Oprah, and explained that whenever she sees Chris, “it’s awkward because I still love him … my stomach drops and I have to maintain this poker face and not let it get to the outer part of me. I have to maintain that and suppress it.”
“I think he was the love of my life,” Ri-Ri shared. “He was my first love and I see that he loved me the same way … I truly love him — the main thing for me is he’s at peace. I’m not at peace if he’s not happy or he’s still lonely. I care. It actually matters that he finds that peace.”
“All kinds of emotions started happening after that,” she said. “All kinds of things started making sense. I thought I hated Chris and I realized it was love that was tarnished. It looked like hate because it was ugly, it was angry, it was inflamed, it was tainted and I realized that what it was is, I have to forgive him, because I cared about him still. And the minute I let go of that, I started living again.”
