Diana Ross furious with Tracee for dating Akon’s brother?

According to the National Enquirer, legendary singer Diana Ross is furious at her 38-year-old daughter Tracee Ellis Ross for dating Akon’s younger brother, Bu Thiam, whom she refers to as a polygamist.

According to the National Enquirer, which dropped the ‘tabloid’ label years ago, Ross allegedly told Tracee: “If you walk down the aisle with that guy, you’ll end up being part of his harem!”

“Diana is livid that Tracee is getting so serious with Bu,” a source close to Ross told The ENQUIRER.

The family friend added:

“Tracee has reassured her mom and the rest of the family that she and Bu aren’t mak­ing any wedding plans. And she told her mother that if she does walk down the aisle with Bu, there’s no need to worry – she’d make sure she’s his only wife.”

Bu is not just Akon’s younger brother. He stepped out of his brother’s shadow to carve out a niche for himself at Def Jam Records where he A&R’d Jay Z and Kanye West’s critically acclaimed album The Throne.

This morning, on his Twitter page, Bu tweeted: “In The Studio with @rihanna, We Back At it!!!!!!!!!”
