We know it’s a coincidence that all this divorce talk happened the year Jada turned 40 and Will being Will Smith probably had some grandiose celebration planned long before the rumors… … but this still sounds a little suspect to us.
Despite separation rumors last month, Will Smith pulled out the stops for Jada Pinkett Smith’s 40th birthday. On Sept. 17, Will, 43, threw Jada an intimate bash — complete with an hourlong tribute video chronicling his wife’s entire life.
“Will treated it like a Hollywood production and had the best people work on it for months,” an insider tells Us Weekly. He even had his wife’s childhood pals from Baltimore supply pictures and anecdotes about his wife. “Jada was shocked!”
Yeah, we’re still not convinced everything is copacetic in the Pinkett-Smith household. Are you?
